What is a "process"?

Process is a command you wish to run when your application starts such as node server.js. The number of processes define how many commands you can run when your application starts. You can scale applications by launching more processes with your app. Each application needs at least one "process" to run. If you require better performance, launch more processes with your app and we'll distribute load across them using our load balancers.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes. We give you a full refund if you are not happy within 30 days of the purchase.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You can launch your application without providing a credit card number. Once you decide to upgrade to a paid plan, we'll ask for your preferred payment method.

Do I need a credit card to purchase a plan?

No. You can use PayPal or wire transfer as well.

Do you offer dedicated servers?

Yes, dedicated servers are available on request. We customize each server to your needs. Contact us for pricing.

Can you help me with setup?

Yes absolutely. Please contact us with your questions.

Do you provide free SSL certificates?

Yes. We provide free SSL certificates for your apps through Let's Encrypt.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Do you have plans with more storage or processes?

Yes. Please contact us for details.

What happens to my data if I decide to leave?

After your plan expires or you decide to cancel your application hosting we delete all your data.

Do you offer cheaper plans?

If you are a startup or maintain an open source application let us know, special pricing may apply.

Does the price include VAT?

The prices are exclusive of VAT. In case you're in based in European Union and don't provide a valid VAT number, we charge your local VAT rate.
